Looking to rent a home or commercial property?    Here is a list of rental properties currently available. Feel free to call (775) 482-3052 or e-mail directly to our rental desk at with any questions about a property.   If you don't see what you need here, please drop us a line to see what might be available in the near future. Please note that all rentals require a security deposit, there is no last month's rent deposit required.  Pets require additional deposits as a rule - sorry, but the few have spoiled it for the many.  Liability insurance carriers all forbid Doberman, Pit Bull, Akita and other known vicious breeds of dogs on the properties at any time, no exceptions.

  Move in costs are simple, rent is always due on the first of each month, so your rent is pro-rated from move-in day to the end of the month, plus security and pet deposits (if any).  That's it!

   A $75 non-refundable application fee is due with your completed application:  We DO perform a credit, bad check, skip and eviction check on all applicants.  Corporations seeking employee housing or commercial space need only tender a completed application and their D and B rating information.

Any unit tagged with a **PENDING** has an application put in that is pending approval.  **Reserved** indicates that a prospective tenant has an approved application and has placed a deposit to hold until they move in.

Please, if units listed are not yet vacant, don't disturb the tenants.  We'll be glad to show once it's vacant and cleaned.


202 Jackson: Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath stick built home. The bathroom has a shower stall not a tub. Fenced back yard and efficient vent free gas heating.  $450/mo

310 Utah #2: 2 bed 1 bath duplex near elementary school. Bathroom only has a shower stall, no tub, but there is a large front and back yard. $450/mo

3404 Black Mountain Crt: Large 2 bed 2 bath manufactured home, with living room, dining area, family room, and wet bar. Smaller carport good for your average sedan, storage shed in carport, fenced back yard. $800/mo

3103 Smoky Valley: 3 bed 2 bath manufactured home in lower Anaconda, has pellet stove in living room for lower heating costs in winter, carport, shed in back, and fenced yard. **PENDING**

Coming soon: These are houses which we anticipate will be available soon hopefully within a month, after move-outs and/or repairs are done. If no date is listed then we do not have an exact date for availability.

1225 Bryan: 2 bed 1 bath stick built house, fenced front yard, glassed in front sun room. We have run into some delays on this house as further updates are being completed. New ETA 10/21.

3210 Golden Mountain Lane: 2 Bed 2 Bath manufactured home with carport, fenced yard, landscaping in the front, a man cave/bonus room under carport, and a metal storage shed in the back yard. $775/mo ETA 11/1

 115 S. Main St. A perfect location for a retail operation. This building is in the town center and just blocks from the post office, multiple motel/hotels, local dining, and town offices. Terms negotiable starting at $600/mo 

460 Main St. Professional style office space converted from residence. Has large front office space that opens to a kitchen and second private office space in back.  $500/mo
