Looking to rent a home or commercial property?    Here is a list of rental properties currently available. Feel free to call (775) 482-3052 or e-mail directly to our rental desk at with any questions about a property.   If you don't see what you need here, please drop us a line to see what might be available in the near future. Please note that all rentals require a security deposit, there is no last month's rent deposit required.  Pets require additional deposits as a rule - sorry, but the few have spoiled it for the many.  Liability insurance carriers all forbid Doberman, Pit Bull, Akita and other known vicious breeds of dogs on the properties at any time, no exceptions.

  Move in costs are simple, rent is always due on the first of each month, so your rent is pro-rated from move-in day to the end of the month, plus security and pet deposits (if any).  That's it!

   A $75 non-refundable application fee is due with your completed application:  We DO perform a credit, bad check, skip and eviction check on all applicants.  Corporations seeking employee housing or commercial space need only tender a completed application and their D and B rating information.

Any unit tagged with a **PENDING** has an application put in that is pending approval.  **Reserved** indicates that a prospective tenant has an approved application and has placed a deposit to hold until they move in.

Please, if units listed are not yet vacant, don't disturb the tenants.  We'll be glad to show once it's vacant and cleaned.


3017 Thunder Mountain: 3 Bed 2 bath manufactured home. It has a carport with storage space, a fenced backyard and direct access to open desert. ETA Late march, due to carpet schedule. **PENDING**

600 Oddie: 2 bedroom 1 bath stick built house. Built from concrete filled cinder blocks this house has fenced front and back yards, with a parking spot located to the side. Built on a hill there are some steps to climb up to get inside. Great insulation, heating and cooling are done very efficiently. $700/mo

1019 Rabbitbrush: 3 bed 1 bath stick built house with attached single car garage. Radiant ceiling heat with newer carpet. $800/mo **PENDING**

463 Valley View: 2 bed 1 bath older manufactured home. This is a smaller home with an unfenced yard. It does have washer and dryer connections and newer carpet.  $450/mo

3103 Smoky Valley: 3 bed 2 bath manufactured home with fenced yard and shed in the back and pellet stove for supplemental heat.  $800/mo

Coming soon: These are houses which we anticipate will be available soon hopefully within a month, after move-outs and/or repairs are done. If no date is listed then we do not have an exact date for availability.

3009 Thunder Mountain: 4 bed 2 bath house featuring a master ensuite, which includes the bedroom portion a large walk in closet, large master bath and a separate back room with Pergo flooring and a pellet stove. A garage is attached on the side with a workshop area in the back and some storage accessed via a drop ladder. The main living room as features an energy efficient pellet stove as well as new energy efficient windows. The front yard is fenced with a short 3' fence and a separate 5'+ fence in the back. $1,000/mo  This home is almost ready to move in, but we are doing work on the exterior. ETA 4/15

1214 5th Ave Goldfield. 2 Bed 1 Bath manufactured home, this is our only home that has a proper heat pump with no swamp cooler. Newer carpet and 2 large storage sheds in the back. $500/mo


 115 S. Main St. A perfect location for a retail operation. This building is in the town center and just blocks from the post office, multiple motel/hotels, local dining, and town offices. Terms negotiable starting at $600/mo
