Goldfield Tiny homeID #:463913
Tiny homes have come to Goldfield! At 544 square feet, it might not qualify for the "tiny" label but it is small place on a small lot, right at the intersection of Crook and Sundog Avenues near downtown. Though built in 2008 it has never been sold, the owner changed his mind about retiring and the house awaits an occupant.
Two bedrooms with full closets, a living room large enough for a couch and more, cabin style kitchen, full bath and even a tiny laundry room (stack appliances will fit nicely).
There's plenty of windows for plenty of natural light, one near neighbor in an identical house. For those who don't want a lot of housework and enough space to just kick back and enjoy life, this is the ticket.
